The renovation of this historic building, carried out in accordance with preservation guidelines, will be completed in 2026, and the resulting spaces will offer a special atmosphere. These spaces are intended for a variety of uses. In addition to studios and event spaces, a rooftop terrace will be created—a special highlight of the warehouse. From here, visitors can enjoy a unique view of the Hobrechtsfelde estate and the surrounding pastureland.
This marks the completion of the careful modernization, which has preserved the building’s historic character and met all preservation requirements, and a new spirit is taking root in the granary. Not only has a space for art and culture been created, but also a place for people to meet and engage with one another. In the future, environmental education will also play an important role, helping to raise awareness among future generations about the significance of this place and the importance of treating nature responsibly.

The 2nd and 3rd floors, featuring studios, a kitchenette, and a common room, are available for short- or long-term shared use. It’s a space that’s ideal, for example, for working on your own projects undisturbed or for finishing your master’s thesis.
The fourth floor is a multifunctional event space and can be used, for example, for exhibitions, recreational sports, or seminars. Right at the top, under the roof, there is a special floor with a rooftop terrace that is suitable for events (up to 25 people).
We also welcome clubs and initiatives to meet there. The space is equally suitable for small corporate events and meetings. There is a kitchen. The floors are accessible by elevator and are barrier-free.
